Hinor Sacks I am a compassionate person who is approachable and thoughtful. I pride myself in my expertise and my therapeutic abilities and believe profoundly in the power and benefit of the work that I do. I work with my clients in a collaborative manner where we think together and work together to achieve specific goals. I have created a private, safe and comfortable environment for you to begin your healing process. I am motivated by helping people feel understood and enabling them to begin to understand themselves more deeply. I believe that psychotherapy can make a difference to the quality of your life and to your capacity to engage with the world around you - emotionally, socially, academically and professionally.

I invite my clients to think about the different parts of themselves and to explore this with curiosity. In this way, the workings of one’s internal world can be understood and real change and growth can begin.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science (cum laude) (Psychology and Physiology) through Wits University and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology (cum laude) at Wits University.
